do things that make you happy

hello lovelies
this is a post about things that you can make when you're down or low, or just not in the best mood.
i think that you all should do this listed things, at least 2 or 3, i bet you will feel better, once you try this out, and i hope if there's someone who is reading this at the moment and feeling poor, this post cheers you up!
1. bake or get yourself some cupcakes (its always yummy and yummier when we are down)
2. hug your dog or cat (its a excellent therapy)
3. have some sweets (don't need to explain)
4. stay under you covers, its always nice (but just for a while)
5. listen to some music and write (maybe a letter or poem or anything you like, even draw)
6. read some of your favourite book (or start reading)
7. go shopping lovely things (need to explain?)
8. go through polaroids or old pictures that remind you happy times (and appreciate it more)
9. wear polka dots (its funny and pretty)
10. watch a nice and funny movie (comedies are the best in these cases)
